Alpine style cheese named after the Siskiyou Mountain Range that our farm resides. Sweet and nutty flavor with small eye holes and aged for a minimum of 6 months. This cheese is great melted into fondue or over French Onion soup. Our favorite for turkey or ham sandwiches.
